Whether you're shopping for yourself or someone special, you never quite know what you'll find inside your Purrfect Bundle! 🐾✨
🐾 How do Purrfect Bundles work?
It's simple! Choose the bundle size you'd like, tell us any preferences or requests you have, and we'll take it from there. Your bundle will be filled with a variety of hand-picked items from our inventory.
The bigger the bundle, the more goodies and special surprises you'll receive!
The best part? You don't know exactly what you're getting until you open it! That's where the Purrfect magic happens.
🐾 What are Picks?
Picks are the individual goodies that make up your bundle!
Your bundle size determines how many Regular Picks you'll receive, along with any special PawPicks or Treasures included with that particular bundle.
We use playing cards for our Picks, making the reveal process part of the fun!
🐾 What are PawPicks?
PawPicks are special items included in select Purrfect Bundles.
They're a little more exciting than a Regular Pick and are included based on the bundle size you choose.
Think of them as an extra little Paw-some surprise!
🐾 What are Purrmium Treasures?
Purrmium Treasures are our extra-special middle-tier treasures!
They're items that are a step above our regular inventory but don't quite fall into our premium Purrluxe Treasure category.
Basically... they're pretty darn Purrfect.
🐾 What are Purrluxe Treasures?
Purrluxe Treasures are our premium treasures!
These are specially selected, higher-value items that you'll find in select bundles, promotions, Loveaways, and LIVE events.
They're the kind of surprise that makes you say: WAIT... I GOT THIS?!
🐾 Can I request certain colors, themes, or types of items?
Absolutely! We LOVE making bundles personal.
If you have favorite colors, themes, hobbies, interests, or types of goodies you'd especially love to receive, tell us!
We'll always do our best to accommodate requests based on what we have available.
🐾 Can I tell you what I DON'T want?
Of course!
If there are certain colors, themes, or types of items you'd rather not receive, you can let us know when placing your order.
We can't guarantee every request, but we'll absolutely keep your preferences in mind when creating your bundle.
🐾 Will I receive duplicate items?
We do our very best to avoid duplicates within the same bundle.
However, because our inventory is constantly changing, duplicates may occasionally happen.
If you order multiple bundles, we'll also do our best to make each bundle feel different and exciting!
🐾 What is a Reveal Video?
A Reveal Video is a video of your Purrfect Bundle being opened and revealed!
Depending on the promotion or bundle you've purchased, a Reveal Video may be included with your order or available as an add-on.
Because let's be honest... sometimes watching someone else discover all the goodies is half the fun!
🐾 How long will it take to receive my order?
We are a small business, and every bundle is individually picked, packed, and prepared with care.
Orders are generally processed within 7–10 business days before being shipped.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information when available.
🐾 What if I have a problem with my order?
Please reach out to us!
If something is missing, damaged, or otherwise isn't right with your order, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We want every Purrfect customer to be happy, and we'll do our best to make things right.
🐾 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because Purrfect Bundles are mystery bundles that are personally selected and packed for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you don't like an item you received.
However, if there is a genuine problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.

YES!
In addition to our mystery bundles, we are expanding Purrfect Bundles to offer individual goodies, special treasures, and 3D-printed creations!
So if you fall in love with something you discover through one of our bundles, keep your eyes peeled.

Oh, these two deserve their own FAQ!
Roscoe is our orange tabby Bundle Boss and one of the official faces of Purrfect Bundles.
Night Runner is our handsome black cat and Purrfect Bundles mascot extraordinaire.
You'll see these two throughout our website, social media, LIVE events, and Purrfect Bundles adventures.
They may not do the actual packing... but they take full credit for it.
